🔗 How Registration Works
⚠️ A minimum of 4 teams per age group is required for the competition to run. If not met, teams may be shifted into the closest suitable age group.
Once you register your team, we’ll send a player registration link. All players must be registered individually by a parent/guardian.
All players must:
Be registered to the correct team and age group
Provide a valid form of ID for age verification if requested by organisers

⚠️ Force Majeure Policy
If the tournament is cancelled or postponed due to reasons beyond the organisers' control (e.g. weather, government restrictions, etc.):
Organisers reserve the right to retain the registration fee and apply it to a future tournament OR Partially refund the amount after deducting unrecoverable costs
