Refund Policy
Team Withdrawals

Team withdrawals must be submitted in writing to info@sportsgroup.melbourne, including the reason for withdrawal. Please ensure withdrawals are made as early as possible to reduce the impact on other teams.

Refund Eligibility
Withdrawals before Monday 26 October 2026 — full refund less a $50 administration fee per team.
Refunds returned to the original credit card used at registration, unless otherwise advised.
If fees were paid by invoice, provide bank details — payment made within 2 weeks. $50 admin fee still applies.
After Monday 26 October 2026 — team fees are non-refundable.
Extenuating Circumstances

If extenuating circumstances apply after the deadline, email info@sportsgroup.melbourne outlining the reason for withdrawal and the refund request. Tournament management reserves the right to determine eligibility based on the information provided.

! Not having enough players due to individual withdrawals leading up to the event is not considered an extenuating circumstance.
Once Fixtures Are Published
Once fixtures are published, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
No refunds for referee decisions or team expulsions during or after the event.
Individual Player Withdrawals

Entry fees for the Youth Super Cup are charged on a per-team basis. How fees are distributed to individual players is the responsibility of the club or Team Manager.

We will not provide refunds to individual players who withdraw from the team.
Please contact your Team Manager directly to discuss individual player fee arrangements.
