WHAT IS THE FORMAT FOR ALL AGE GROUPS?
All age groups will play 11v11 full-pitch matches.

HOW MANY MATCHES ARE GUARANTEED?
Each team is guaranteed at least 5 matches.

CAN OVERAGE PLAYERS PARTICIPATE?
No overage players are allowed unless approved by FV for the 2025 season.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYERS PER TEAM?
There’s no limit on registered players, but only 18 can be in a matchday squad (11 starters, 7 substitutes).

WHERE WILL THE GAMES BE PLAYED?
Matches will take place across venues in respective zones. Check the fixtures for details.

WHEN ARE MATCHES PLAYED?
Games may be scheduled on either Saturday or Sunday,  teams will be randomly allocated to these days.

WHERE DO I DIRECT ANY FIXTURE REQUESTS?

Any fixture requests must be directed to our email (info@sportsgroup.melbourne) prior to fixture release on Monday 24th March.Any requests that are made after fixtures are released will be unable to be fulfilled and teams that can't play as a result of this will need to forfeit their match.

WILL REFUNDS BE PROVIDED IF A TEAM WITHDRAWS?

• BEFORE THE EVENT: Refunds are only provided if a replacement team is found. Extenuating circumstances may be considered, but an admin fee may apply.
• DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT: No refunds for referee decisions or team expulsions.
